From Inner Safety to
Outer Growth

My Mission

Healing isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about uncovering the refuge that already lies within you. My mission is to guide you in reconnecting with your inner safety and aliveness, through challenging the patterns that shape your life, and creating a path forward that feels aligned and rooted in intention.

Through a balance of honesty, compassion, and challenge, I help my clients explore how their past shows up in their present—and how they can shape a new path forward. Together, we’ll uncover the tools for deeper clarity, self-trust, and growth.

I’m Chris Rambaran, a counselor, vipassana practitioner, and someone who deeply believes in the power of transformation. My journey to this work wasn’t linear—it was born out of my own experiences of struggle, exploration, and rebuilding.

There was a time when I sought refuge in people, places, and things, only to realize that the safety I was searching for was already within me. Learning to shift from codependence to interdependence was a pivotal moment in my life, and it shaped the foundation of my work with clients today.

Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding how we heal. My training includes a Master’s in Social Work, a certification as a Registered Social Worker, Registered Clinical Counselor, and advanced training in Parts Work, Narrative and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy. I’ve facilitated over 40 individual and group ketamine journeys, worked with plant medicine preparation and integration, and am currently on the waitlist for relational somatic therapy training to deepen my practice.

Beyond professional credentials, my life experiences—serving at Vipassana retreats, learning free diving in Nicaragua, facilitating men’s circles, and practicing mindfulness and Zen teachings—have taught me how to hold space for the full spectrum of human experiences. This is what drives me: helping others uncover their inner safety and transform their lives, just as I’ve done in my own journey.

What You Can Expect

We won’t be as focused on what happened in the past, but rather on understanding how it moves through you today. Every part of your journey has value, and together we’ll explore how these patterns show up so that you can navigate life with greater clarity and agency.

Honesty and Challenge:
I don’t offer quick fixes or easy affirmations. Instead, I invite you to step into honesty about what’s showing up in your life, your patterns, and your relationships. Growth isn’t always comfortable, but it’s deeply rewarding—and I’ll support you every step of the way.

Practical, Actionable Tools:
Healing isn’t just about talking; it’s about doing. Together, we’ll work on building tools that help you process emotions, navigate relationships, and move through life with intention and presence. My focus is always on creating practices that feel accessible and empowering.

Integration of Inner and Outer Worlds:
My work is about harmonizing your inner experience with your outer reality. This means exploring the parts of you that may feel disconnected, reconnecting with your body, and finding clarity in how you show up in the world.

My Approach

Parts Work:
Parts Work is at the heart of what I do. It’s a way of exploring the different aspects of yourself—your emotions, patterns, and protective mechanisms—to better understand what each part is trying to communicate. This process allows you to integrate these parts, step into your core self, and navigate life with greater clarity and compassion.

Somatic Practices:
Our bodies carry the memories of our experiences. Somatic practices help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, process emotions safely, and find grounding in the present moment. This approach is especially valuable for reducing stress, building resilience, and creating a sense of inner balance.

Psychedelic Integration:
For those exploring ketamine therapy or plant medicine, I offer support to help you prepare for and integrate these experiences. The true value of these journeys lies in how you process and apply their insights in your everyday life. If you’re curious, I invite you to ask more about how we can work together in this area.

Simplifying Complex Concepts:
One of my greatest joys is distilling complicated spiritual and therapeutic concepts into digestible, actionable tools. Whether it’s drawing from yogic philosophy, Zen teachings, or clinical methods, I’ll help you understand these ideas in ways that feel accessible and meaningful.

An Invitation to Grow

If you’re ready to explore the deeper layers of yourself, challenge the patterns that hold you back, and step into the life you want to create, I’m here to support you. This work isn’t always easy, but it’s deeply meaningful—and it starts with taking the first step.
